Semantix is search

Intent
Not keywords alone
Complex queries are a meaningful share of real search traffic.
The problem
Specialty shoppers do not only type exact product strings. They mix intent, specs, and imperfect phrasing — and search has to convert that demand.
What Search Saver did
Semantix Search runs as the storefront search layer: ranking and intent handling inside the existing experience, with carts attributable back to search.
What showed up in the data
Complex queries at scale
About 23% of search events were complex. That is a large share of real traffic, not an edge case.
Search is the sales path
Tracked carts were search-attributed end to end — search was not a side feature.
Full-stack search
Semantix owns the storefront search experience rather than sitting only as a recovery patch.
- About 23% of Garmin search events are complex intent.
- Every tracked cart in the window was tied to a search query.
- When Semantix is search, complex intent is part of everyday traffic — not a niche.
Methodology
Figures were computed read-only from the Garmin Semantix analytics database (find-only; no writes). Complexity share is the share of query events marked isComplex in the queries collection (April–July 2026). Search-attributed cart share is the share of cart events that include a search_query. Catalog products, SKUs, and per-item pricing are excluded.
This public summary excludes catalog products, SKUs, and per-item pricing.
